AJ Access Platforms are now able to provide Live Support to visitors to their website.

This enables sales staff from AJ Access or visitors to be invited  to talk directly and live on line via the keyboard interface.

The team at AJ can also help find what the visitor is looking for by taking them to the page they require by “pushing the pages” to them, for a quicker and efficient customer service.

From this new Live Support we can provide instant response to customers questions and resolve machine specification issues without the delay of E-Mail and fax enquiries which sometimes take days to resolve.
