Who we are
AJ Access Platforms was founded in 1990 and has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of new and used access platforms in the UK and globally.
Our Sales Director, Richard Onslow started as an apprentice at Bircham Newton as Plant Mechanic in 1996, before entering an Area Sales position in 2001. Richard then joined AJ Access Platforms in 2011 as a Sales Manager before becoming Sales Director in 2015.
The Paint shop team offer fast and reliable access platform refurbishment, to make sure your machine is always kept looking as good as new.
We can also offer paint jobs if you require your access platform in colours relating to a particular brand.
With over 30 years’ experience in the access platform industry, we are well equipped to service and maintain all of your access platforms. During this time, we have built strong relationships with all the key manufacturers, allowing us to bring the required new machines to our customers.

What we do
We are focused on supplying quality new and used access platforms to customers UK & worldwide and focus on providing cost effective solutions for customers working at height.
All our access platforms are checked, tested and serviced by our team of expert engineers to make sure they are compliant with industry standards.
We also offer a service and maintenance agreement (SMA) that includes an annual access platform service, two mandatory LOLER inspections, up to date certification and authorisation documents and condition evaluation. We will work with you to take the hassle out of maintaining your access platform, by scheduling machine inspections at a convenient time for you.
